Complimentary Consultation
Potential clients are entitled to one complimentary 15-minute consultation. After gathering basic information on your case, Dr. LeBeau will discuss in general terms additional materials he will need to review, the type of opinion he may be able to render in your case, and an estimate of the amount of time that may be required for his services. With that, a quote can be provided. Dr. LeBeau will not issue a written opinion based on the complimentary consultation and his opinion may change if additional relevant information is later shared. After the free consultation, a minimum case fee/non-refundable retainer will be required for Dr. LeBeau’s services.

Minimum Case Fee /
Non-Refundable Retainer
A minimum case fee/non-refundable retainer is required for all new clients. This retainer covers up to 10 hours of time to discuss the details of your case, thoroughly review all pertinent documents, and write an expert report (when desired). Work that exceeds the 10-hour retainer will be charged an hourly fee.
A standard Client Services agreement will be issued to all new clients before any work commences.
